These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the cDask website and the engagement of our travel consultancy services. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

cDask is a luxury travel consultancy. We arrange and coordinate private yacht charters, cruise packages, bespoke travel itineraries and related services. We are not the operator of yachts, cruise ships, hotels or aircraft unless explicitly stated in a specific contract. In most cases we act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers.

2. Website Use

The website is provided for information and enquiry purposes. Content is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices, availability and itineraries shown are indicative and subject to confirmation. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that is unlawful or harmful.

3. Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a proposal. A binding agreement is formed only when you accept a formal proposal or booking confirmation and any required deposit or payment is received, subject to the specific terms of that booking.

4. Bookings and Third-Party Suppliers

When you book through us, the contract for the underlying service (yacht charter, cruise, hotel stay, etc.) is typically between you and the relevant supplier. Their terms and conditions, cancellation policies and liability limits will apply. We will make those terms available or direct you to them as part of the booking process. We are responsible for the services we provide as a consultancy (advice, coordination, communication) but not for the operational performance of third-party suppliers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

5. Payments

Payment terms (deposits, balance due dates, methods) are set out in the relevant proposal or booking confirmation. Late payment may result in cancellation according to the supplier’s and our stated terms.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies depend on the specific product and supplier. Yacht charters, cruises and hotel packages often have strict deadlines and may involve non-refundable deposits. See our Refund Policy and the individual booking terms for details. We will assist with changes where possible, but cannot guarantee that suppliers will accommodate them.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers have valid passports, visas, travel insurance (including appropriate cover for yacht or expedition activities where relevant), and meet any health or entry requirements. You must provide accurate information about guest numbers, ages, dietary needs and any medical or mobility considerations that may affect the arrangements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our consultancy services is limited to the fees you have paid us for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, or for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to cDask. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
