Vendors — chefs, florists, musicians, photographers — are selected for reliability and discretion. We coordinate contracts, deposits and timing so that the host can focus on the guests.

Integration with Travel

Events are rarely standalone. Guests often arrive from different cities or countries. We can arrange private transfers, pre-event hotel stays and post-event extensions so that the entire experience feels coherent from the first arrival to the final departure.
